Wednesday the 27th of November 2019 saw the teams deliver their final pitches to an audience and a panel of judges. The innovations pitched consisted of medical devices, an early diagnosis and treatment service and an operational platform. The winning team on the day as decided by the judges went to Nephrogen who after immersion within RPA’s department of Renal Medicine’s Outpatient Dialysis Unit came up with A tool which enables aseptic “non-touch” technique for Peritoneal Dialysis patients.

A special thank you to RPA’s Community Health service , Cardiology department, Renal Medicine and Emergency Department for hosting the teams for the pilot program.
